Darryl Baca, a Greeley Grays alumni has been picked up by the Arizona ?? then traded to the Kansas Great Bend Booms, affiliated with the Pecos League Professional Independent Baseball League this summer. Darryl played with the Grays from 2012 – 2015. Darryl has played a variety of positions on the Grays team. Darryl for the most part switched up from Catcher to 1st baseman but most importantly he was a leader among the new players that joined the team. Darryl made the MHCBL All-Star league 4 out of 5 years and was a part of the home run hitters in the league.
As Darryl was a big hitter with the Grays, he continued his streak on his first at bat with the Kansas Great Bend Booms, was a HOMERUN!!! Attached is the newspaper article from the Kansas Great Bend Booms. The Grays are so proud of Darryl and wish him the best of luck in his future!!!
Jensen played for the Greeley Grays from 2014 to the beginning of this year. He also was the first in Greeley Grays uniform to make the National Baseball Congress All-American team in Grays history.
